Egg curry


6 boiled eggs

2 onion chopped

4 tomatoes chopped

Oil

4 green chillies

Cinnamon stick 1 inch

1tsp black mustard seed


1 tsp chilli powder

1½ tsp Coriander Powder

½ tsp turmeric

1 cup water

100ml coconut milk

Salt

Ginger 1 inch grated


Fry mustard seeds for a minute , add onions and cinnamon stick cook until light brown, add the tomatoes ginger and green chillies cook for 10 mins. Add the ground spices and and the water cook for 3 mins. Add coconut milk cook 3 mins. Add eggs and heat though.
