Onion Bhajias


½ teaspoon hot red chilli powder

100g Gram flour

Pinch of ajowan seeds

Oil for deep frying

Salt


Method


Mix Chilli powder , salt , Ajowan seed and flour in a bowl, Add enough water to make a thick custard like batter. Add onions to batter. Heat oil,. Test oil by dropping abit of onion in to it if it sizzles it's ready. Add a tablespoon of onion batter mix at a time. Cook for around 3mins on both sides.
