Naga Shaslick (my recipe)
4 Chicken breasts cut in to cubed
Marinade the chicken like you would for tandoori chicken but add 1 tsp Naga paste, I used one from Chilli Pete
Leave for a min of two hours.
Put the chicken cubes on skewers and grill/BBQ until cooked. Leave to one side.
Stir fry 1 large onion ,1 pepper with a little salt for 4 mins then add 3 large tomatoes chopped. Add the meat and cook for 5 mins.
This dish is VERY VERY VERY HOT! 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
