Mutton with Fresh Chillies

Mutton with Fresh Chillies


25 green chillies blended with little water to make paste

10 Whole fresh green chillies

1 kg on the bone Mutton/Lamb

2 onion diced

2 inch Cinnamon stick

4 cloves

2 black cardamom pods crushed

4 tomatoes chopped

3 tsp garlic and ginger paste

2 tsp Coriander Powder

1 tsp turmeric

1½ tsp Cumin

1 tsp chilli powder

Salt and pepper


Fry onions with Garlic and ginger paste until golden, add the tomatoes and cook down. Add the spices and salt cook for 5 mins adding water if needed. Add meat and cook until tender, (1-2 hours) add the chilli paste, cook for 5 mins add the whole Chillies cover and simmer for 10 mins. 🌶️🌶️🌶️
