Lamb neck Curry
600g Lamb neck
5 tbsp yogurt
2tsp ,chilli powder, ground Coriander, ground cumin,
2 tsp turmeric
2 tsp sweet paprika
Mix all together and leave for min 2 hours.
Fry 1 large onion in ghee until golden brown,
Add 4 tbsp garlic and ginger paste 1tsp chili powder, 2tps ground coriander, 1 tsp cumin ,1 tsp turmeric , 4 cloves whole, 3 green cardamom. Fry for 2 mins
Add a splash of water, add the meat and stir. Add 4 large chopped tomatoes , splash of red wine vinegar, cover and cook for one hour or until meat is tender.
