Lamb Neck and Spinach

Lamb neck and Spinach

1kg lamb on bone cut in to chunks

6 tbsp yogurt

2 tbsp garlic and ginger paste

1tsp cumin, coriander,chilli powder

½ tsp turmeric

Mix all off above together and leave in fridge for as long as possible.

3 red onion chopped

3 tbsp Ghee

Fry onions until golden, about 30mins on a med heat.

1tsp cumin chilli coriander Turmeric powder

Add above to the onion mix fry for 3mins. Add lamb and cook for 1 hour or until tender.

Add 1 Tin of spinach leaves and heat through.

Very easy but tasty. 🌶️🇮🇳🇵🇰
