Green chilli and coriander chicken.
3 onions blended to a paste
4 large bunches of coriander 10 green chillies blended with a little Water to make a thick paste but little loose.
1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
600g chicken breast cut up in chunks
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp Garam Masala
½ tsp turmeric
4 tsp ground coriander
Salt to taste
Fry onion paste in ghee or oil for 15 mins, add garlic and ginger paste cook for 2 mins. Add all the ground Spices and salt then add coriander paste , cook for 5 mins. Add chicken ,cover and cook on low for 1 hour. Enjoy.
