Goat curry
1.5kg Goat meat on the bone
2 oinon sliced and fry with 2 tbsp garlic and ginger paste until golden brown. Blend the onion to a smooth mixture.
1 inch Cinnamon stick
4 cloves
2 black cardamom
3 fresh ripe tomatoes chopped
1½ tsp dried Methi leaf
2tsp cumin
2tsp Coriander Powder
1½ tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
Handful of fresh coriander chopped
In the oil left from the onions fry the cinnamon,cloves, cardamom for 3 mins, add the meat stir and cook for 5 mins.
Add the tomatoes and cook down the tomatoes for about 15 mins. Add all the spices cook for 3 mins . Add the onion mixture stir very well , add fresh coriander cover and cook on low for around 2½ hours until meat is falling off the bone.
