Chicken Pakora
Chicken breasts cut up into small cubes
Oil for deep frying
Gram flour 400g
Salt to taste
Dried Methi leaves 2 tsp
Chilli powder 2tsp
Ajwan seeds 1tsp
Water
Sift flour and add salt ,Methi, chilli,ajwan seeds. Slowly add cold water to make a batter, custard thickness.
Add the chicken and coat all over.
Heat oil , when hot , add chicken one bit at a time but don't out to many in at one time. Fry for around 6mins. Repeat untill all chicken is cooked.
