Chicken liver curry
500g chicken liver, cut in half 2tbps ghee 1 large onion chopped finely 2 tbsp garlic and ginger paste ½tsp turmeric 1tsp chilli powder 3tsp ground coriander 2tsp cumin 1tsp garam masala 1 ripe tomato chopped 1tsp salt 1tsp fresh ground pepper
Heat Ghee, add onion, garlic ginger paste and cook until golden brown. Add turmeric , chilli, coriander and cumin and cook for 2 mins. Add garam masala, Tomato and salt, cook until tomato is pulpy. Add liver and pepper stir well and cover ,cook for 20mins on low Serve with rice.
