Naga Shaslick

Naga Shaslick (my recipe) 4 Chicken breasts cut in to cubed Marinade the chicken like you would for tandoori chicken but add 1 tsp Naga paste, I used one from Chilli Pete Leave for a min of two hours. Put the chicken cubes on skewers and grill/BBQ until cooked. Leave to one side. Stir fry 1 large onion ,1 pepper with a little salt for 4 mins then add 3 large tomatoes chopped. Add the meat and cook for 5 mins. This dish is VERY VERY VERY HOT! 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ #naga #curry #in

Half leg a lamb and fat removed 4 tbsp of garlic and ginger paste Rind half lemon 4 tbsp lemon juice 1tsp Cumin seeds 6 cardamom pods seeded ½ tsp ground cloves ½ tsp turmeric 1 tsp chilli powder ½ tbsp salt 150g yogurt 50g whole unpeeled Almonds 2 tbsp brown sugar 1tsp saffron threads ,soaked in boiling water. Easy Beef Curry

Simple beef curry 800g beef 3 onions 4 green chillies 6 tomatoes skinned 4 tbsp yogurt 1tsp cumin 1tsp turmeric 1tsp ground coriander 4 tbsp ginger and garlic paste Mix Spices with yogurt and add beef, leave in fridge as long as possible. Blend onions, tomatoes garlic and ginger paste and green chilies to a paste. Add oil to a pan and add onion mixture ,cook for around 15mins on low. Add another tsp of cumin, Coriander, turmeric.
